Emma attended the 2012 Ed Allen Middle School Volleyball Day Camp at the University of Alabama on July 12-14. The camp was ran by the UA volleyball team and coaches. Echols sixth graders aren't allowed to play sports, but can try out for the next year's team. We thought the camp would be a good introduction to volleyball and help with her future tryout. My brave girl didn't know a soul at camp, but quickly made new friends! She had a blast and learned a lot!!
On Emma's last day of camp, Uncle Josh and Meredith
came to watch her and eat lunch with us. It meant a lot to Emma and us.
