Abby Claire's 5th birthday party was Saturday at Tuscaloosa Tumbling Tides. She will officially be 5 years old on Tuesday, the 21st. I LOVE planning and giving parties for my children, but boy am I relieved when the party is over!! The parties have gotten easier over the years, but still a tad stressful! My good friend, Christy, asked Brady how many parties had we given. I started thinking about this today and counted them. We have hosted 13 birthday parties in the past 5 years!!!!! WOW!!! Since the girls are getting older and I have definitely "done my share", don't be surprised if we start a new tradition next year. :)
I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for coming. It really makes our children feel special seeing all of you celebrating their birthdays. With all of the usual activities that go on at these parties, I seem to always leave with the feeling that I didn't get to talk to everyone much less thank them. Thanks!! Hope you all had a fun time yesterday. Love to you all!!!
