5th grade, 4th grade, and 1st grade-----Here they come!!

First day drop offs went very well at both schools!  Emma started the 5th grade in Mrs. Burke's class at Huntington Place, Abby started 4th grade in Mr. Clark's class at Huntington Place, and John Brady started 1st grade in Mrs. L. White's class at Northport.  Only one more year until all three will be at different schools!  More nerve racking than that is my baby girl will be in middle school next year!  Yuck!!  Why is it when you are holding that beautiful bundle of joy in your arms that you never imagine them growing up??  I mean, we are intelligent people aren't we??  Don't answer that.  ;)

There goes my 5th grader!!

Abby let us walk her to class, ok, to the classroom door, but I'm afraid it might be the last year.  She was in a hurry to get in her classroom so I didn't get a picture of her.  My little 4th grader was excited to get settled in at her desk and for mom and dad to leave.  :(

All three had great first days!  I love it when they come home all bubbly and excited to tell me about their day!  Priceless!!  Savoring every moment!!
