The BAMA Swim School runs every four weeks around the year with two lessons per week. At the first lesson, they determine the skill level of the child and group the children accordingly. All of the other children during our time slot, were below John Brady's skill level so he was the only one in his "group". John Brady loved getting one on one instruction from pretty-college-girl instructor! He could do nothing, but grin most of the time! He did learn a lot, and picked up on the different strokes quickly!
John Brady's last lesson and evaluation was September 21.
Here's some of the pictures I took during his evaluation.
Yay, John Brady!! He's a Level 3 swimmer now!! Great job!!
I didn't tell John Brady this was his last lesson, because I wanted him to continue taking lessons. I also didn't tell his instructor! Well, once he found out, John Brady decided he was done! I asked why he didn't want to take lessons anymore. He said mama, I just want to be a real boy!! Well, ok, Pinnochio. What else could I say to that?!? John Brady wants to go to school, come home, and play. And right now, I'm having a difficult time arguing with such sensibility from my six year old!
